On our plate, half should be vegetables and fruit, and a third should be whole grain cereals. Healthy eating habits would reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which would have a significant impact on environmental protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An expert&#039;s eye<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ms Ma\u0142gorzata Krawczuk, dietician of the Orange Ciuchcia Kindergarten:<\/strong><br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cFeeding children on a planetary diet has many benefits for their health by reducing the consumption of highly processed foods, red meat and cold cuts. Using native products and fats, which include EFAs, natural proteins of plant origin and fruit sugar, we provide the body with simple ingredients without additional substances (e.g. flavor enhancers, dyes, shelf life extenders, thickeners). By serving high-fiber products (wholemeal flour, porridge, natural flakes), we fuel the digestive and circulatory systems to function properly. A healthy and properly composed diet will ensure proper physical, emotional and intellectual development. It will protect cells from damage caused by free oxygen radicals \u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planetary diet - what else is worth knowing?<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The assumptions of the planetary diet are based on the analysis which suggests that the proportions of consumption of particular groups of products are conducive to reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases and maintaining good health.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>state<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>health. And this also translates into our well-being. It was initially determined that changing an unhealthy diet to a planetary diet,<strong>&nbsp;it can prevent up to 11 million adult deaths each year<\/strong>.
