Cocktail dizziness

Your child looks askance at spinach? He turns his head when you mention the cucumbers? Turn green at the sight of kale? Fortunately, there is a way! The secret is in delicious fruit and vegetable cocktails.

Preparing the cocktail is really very simple and quick. The child will be happy to reach for a colorful drink with a straw, and we can be sure that we will smuggle in it many vitamins and nutrients. In addition, a nutritious smoothie can replace not only a snack during the day, but also an evening dinner. The best part, however, is that we are free to go wild while making cocktail variations and re-assemble different ingredients each day. Just mix the ingredients with a blender and ... ready! It is best to eat cocktails immediately after preparation. Below are some recipes for delicious homemade cocktails. Remember that you can freely choose their consistency according to your preferences. We hope that our recipes will motivate you to let go of your culinary fantasies 🙂  

Cocktail with kale

4-6 kale leaves

½ oranges

2 dates

1 apricot

½ glass of water

Banana cocktail

2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

1 cup of almond or cow's milk

Fruit cocktail

½ cup of fresh apple juice

7 spinach leaves

5-7 strawberries

10-15 blueberries

1 teaspoon of honey

Tomato cocktail

1 large tomato

½ cup of fresh carrot juice

1 j medium apple peeled

lemon juice

Cocktail with zucchini

½ medium zucchini

½ cup of fresh grapefruit juice

½ cup of fresh carrot juice

⅙ cubes of white cheese

a few parsley leaves
